HAPPY JUNE!!!! The sun is beaming and so are we! MAY was
such a fantastic month! The most incredible workshops were
held 3 days per week and we worked with 170 children. The
FOX NEWS segment introduced us to a new pool of talented
artists in the community and the kids couldn't be happier!
We are gearing up for the summer and look forward
to providing artistic workshops to the following organizations
and hospitals over the next few months:CITY OF HOPE, THE
EPILEPSY FOUNDATION, KAISER PERMANENTE and WE CAN.
And of course we are thrilled to continue working
with CHILDRENS HOSPITAL LOS ANGELES, SHRINERS
HOSPITAL FOR CHILDREN and MATTEL CHILDREN'S HOSPITAL
AT UCLA. We hope you enjoy this newsletter. Thank you

| RUSSELL YOUNG & WILLIAM HAMILTON ART WORKSHOP |

RUSSELL YOUNG, Chair of our Art Program, and WILLIAM
HAMILTON, a creative director and great friend of The Art of
Elysium, engaged children at SHRINERS
HOSPITAL FOR CHILDREN in a 3 hour fingerpainting
workshop on May 10th. The kids loved exploring the paint
with their
hands and arms. Since they are rarely encouraged to get
their hands "dirty" while receiving treatment, this workshop
was a big treat! Additionaly, Russell will be conceptualizing a
mural that The Art of Elysium will be painting in the
children's wing at Shriners in Los Angeles. We plan on
starting the mural on June 1st. If you have any interest in

| FUNDRAISER DINNER HOSTED BY ASHLEE MARGOLIS & HENNESSY |

ASHLEE MARGOLIS, president of the A List, JENNIFER
HOWELL, founder of The Art of Elysium and HENNESSY
hosted a beautiful fundraiser dinner in honor of The Art of
Elysium at the home of MARK AMIN, Vice Chairman of
Lionsgate Entertainment, on May 2nd 2006. Guests including
AIMEE OSBOURNE, CHINA CHOW and Entertainment Tonight's
STEVEN COJOCARU all feasted on a delicious meal prepared
by Chef AKASHA RICHMOND and sipped cocktails courtesy of
Hennessy. A donation of $150 was made in each guest's
name to support The Art of Elysium's programs. Many of the
attendees have already been in touch with us offering to
either volunteer or head up workshops. We are so grateful
for everyone's support! We would also like to thank HERVE
LARRETCHE, Hennessy Brand Ambassador, DANIEL
MARTINEZ and MIKE APPEL at Bragman, Nyman and Cafarelli,
and SHANNON HARTIGAN at The A List for all of
their hard work!

| PEACEFUL WARRIOR MOVIE IN THEATRES JUNE 2ND |

MARK AMIN, who is a HUGE supporter of The Art of Elysium
has produced an incredible film called "Peaceful Warrior".
This moving tale about the power of the human spirit is
based on Dan Millman's best-selling autobiographical novel,
Way of the Peaceful Warrior. Mark's film company, Sobini
Films, which is an affiliate of Lionsgate Films, has been
working on Peaceful Warrior for over 10 years. The film is
being released in select theatres on June 2nd. This is an
important movie, especially for children. Please help us
spread the word and embrace the film's beautiful message
that in life there are "No ordinary moments".

are looking for individuals, like Amaury Nolasco (see above
photo), who are interested in helping The
Art of Elysium transition from a local to a national
organization. We are growing incredibly quickly and we can
utilize any and all skills you may have to offer. Help us
promote an event. Work from home making press kits or
writing Thank You letters. Work from our offices and help us
develop fundraising campaigns. We will do
our best to match your skills, interests and availability with
our needs.
